I've been Pinspired! I saw this idea on Pinterest and just had to try it for my iPhone 4s. (It will work on iPhone 4 as well.)
I purchased a whole bunch of clear backed covers on Ebay a while ago. They were less than $3 each, so I bought like 8 of them. Not pictured here is a really cool bright blue one that my brother-in-law snatched up (then it got stolen from him) as soon as I got them.
Required tools: Clear-backed iPhone case, any kind of scrapbook paper, X-ACTO knife or Silhouette paper cutter.
To make the template, I first tried tracing the cover using an X-ACTO knife in order to cut out the hole for the camera as seen here. Well, my Exacto knife is really dull and overall that just didn't work for me.
So then I decided my Silhouette would work perfectly for this. Hours later, I finally measured it out to make the perfect cut.
Phone Height: 4.49"
Phone Width: 2.28"
Camera Hole Height: .315"
Camera Hole Width: .59"
Space Between Camera Hole {both above and to the left of the hole}: .12"
Here they are! I'll take special requests if you want one :)
Here is the one I have on my phone right now. Isn't it cute?
{Edit: I've already been commissioned to make custom ones! Here are 2 more I just made out of sheets of Duct tape.}

Nice, this way you can change it out as often as you desire to do so. What a great idea!
