Top 5 Posts of 2012

This was a really exciting year for me and my little ol' blog. I've gained well over 200 followers and it has been viewed almost 60,000 times. That doesn't seem like a lot compared to other craft blogs out there, but that sure is a lot for me!  Here are some of my personal top 5 favorite posts of the year.

Turning a picture frame into a whiteboard calendar
I made this as a gift for a tween girl's birthday. My intention was to create a fun calendar that she would enjoy using to plan out homework, chores, etc. I hope I got my point across!
'Stache Bash
I threw together a last minute 'stache bash at work this year. My favorite part was finding fun ways to incorporate mustaches into a rather bland atmosphere. Long story short, there are mustaches still scattered all around our office.
Magnetic Beauty Board
This was one of the first crafts I made on my new crafting adventure. It was for my sister's birthday and, though I had the bare basics of craft supplies at that point, I was really happy with the results!
Wedding Guest Seating Sign
I had the honor of decorating for my sister-in-law's entire wedding this year. It was probably one of the largest crafting tasks I could have taken on, but after taking a week off of work and many hours of preparation, I finally pulled it off. This was one of my favorite projects because it was the first wooden sign that I've ever made and everyone loved it!
DIY Crafting Desk
When I first posted this desk on my blog, I literally felt like I became famous overnight. I know that's really pathetic, but it has hundreds of re-pins on Pinterest and over 5,000 views alone. That is a huge deal to me {especially back then!} and I'm so grateful for every re-pin and comment it received. Sadly, I had nothing to do with this project though, so I guess I can thank John for my success. Click on the link if you want to see why I have the greatest husband ever.

I'm looking forward to 2013 and a really exciting year of crafting & blogging. Once I have a new house and get my craft room back, I won't know what to do with myself! There are so many things I hope to accomplish!

Thank you again to every one of you who have sponsored, commented, reached out and read my blog.
It really means a lot to me :)
