Sonoma County Fair

The Sonoma County Fair finally had some legit acts this year! I went to see Trace Adkins with my friend Jennifer, John's brother Casey and his friend Rebecca.

I went the night before with some friends as well. You can't really tell from these pictures, but there were six of us in these photo booths!

My third fairground experience was at the Sonoma County Country BBQ, where we didn't get very many pictures, but we saw Dierks Bently, Luke Bryan, Thompson Square and some other local people.

Like I said, we didn't get very many pictures, but here is a pic of Michelle and I. Not pictured are Jennifer and her friend Kortnie.

When we moved in almost two years ago, this is what the view from our kitchen looked like. Obviously, that wasn't the most attractive view, so John got to work on re-doing the patio in our backyard. He did it once last year and just laid bricks down, but decided to re-do it correctly this year.

So here is proof that we used our {unfortunately expensive} World Market outside lounging area at least one time. I think we may have used it twice all summer, but at least it looks really cute!!

Honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas

On the night of our wedding, we drove to SF and flew to Cabo the next morning. We were there for a week and beyond adventurous!

"Bachelorette Party"

For some reason I can't get myself to update this blog as much as I should. I think it is because I am overwhelmed with the amount of blogs I intended to write about summer events. So, my goal is to write a whole bunch of blogs in a row and get caught up so I can update within a week of events happening!

I put "Bachelorette Party" in quotes, because we didn't go wild and crazy, but we definitely had a blast. Here's the story:

A long time ago (early June) my BFF surprised me by picking me up from work and drove us to the Oakland Airport, where my sister had flown in from Long Beach. They then surprised me by driving to the Union Square Hilton in SF where we stayed over night and played in the city. Here are pictures to tell the rest of the story.

Oh yeah, and it was Tiffany themed :)
