4th of July Recap

I officially had the best 3rd of July! John and I threw together a semi-last minute party, which resulted in a tri-tip and hot dog feast for 17 people. It was our first major gathering at our house and we had a blast. I threw together some quick decorations before the party. Literally... two hours before everyone showed up. 

The story of our TEN years together.

I have been waiting years to say this.  Ten years, to be exact.  Today is our TENTH anniversary!!! 
Just to be clear, this is our tenth anniversary of being together. Our second wedding anniversary was on July 1st, but this day pretty much trumped that anniversary this year.

DIY Vinyl Roll Storage

I did it. I think I finally came up with a legitimate way to store my vinyl! I'm pretty sure every crafter with a die cut machine or a heat press has this issue. I've seen multiple ideas thrown out on craft blogs, Pinterest and Facebook groups. My problem has always been that I want my storage to be compact and very well organized. 

Luckily I had all of the supplies on-hand to add these X shelves to my existing Martha Stewart cubes. Who doesn't love a free project? 

Bye Bye GFC, Hello Bloglovin!

It's finally that time. The rumors have finally come true. We've been hearing gossip for years about Google Friend Connect shutting down and on July 1st it is finally happening. Luckily I have never really put too much effort into building up my GFC count. I could imagine that this is a sad, sad day for those blogs with thousands of GFC followers.
