Ever since I started crafting, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't use crepe paper to decorate for parties. Why? Because I know I can be so much more creative than that!
So, here we go...
The best way to decorate for a rainbow-themed party is to start by buying a stack of rainbow cardstock. I bought this at Michael's using a coupon and I was able to use it on a ton of projects. That much paper for less than $10 is a great deal!
